Listen to Jill Matthews weekdays from 9am - 2pm. Jill will keep you up to date on whats happening in the world, the city and what's happening in the music business. Jill is also the host the the Lost 80's Lunch heard from Noon to 1pm daily. Listen for your daily fix of songs from the 80's as well as your requests and dedications.

I have absolutely no inside voice, am a travel nut, an Advanced Open Water scuba diver, like to whitewater raft and knit (though not at the same time,) love music, reading, camping, bellydancing...and have way too many hobbies all things considered!

My family consists of three dogs (aka too many dogs.) A Black Lab/Border Collie named Blue, a Terrier/Poodle named Eddie and the newest addition is my S.C.A.R.S adopted Corgie/American Eskimo named Moto. They all shed. But I love them.

Born in the Maritimes, I grew up military (so all over,) graduated high school in Cold Lake and college here in Edmonton at both Grant Mac and NAIT. I've been left with a bit of travelust, though - I've been all over the North America, along with Europe, Costa Rica, the Carribean, the South Pacific, New Zealand and Australia. The best place ever would have to be either the Cook Islands or Holland. I'd go back to either in a heartbeat.

I'm in love with my PVR and watch shows like Numb3rs, NCIS, House and CSI. I read everything I can get my hands on but my two favourites are "The Pillars of the Earth" by Ken Follett and "Marley and Me" by John Groban. My music collection at home is all over the board too. I'm a huge fan of Sara Bereilles, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Dixie Chicks, Depeche Mode...all about the variety! Mind you, eclectic sums up my taste in just about everything.
