Jamie Jupitor

Pioneering electro producer Greg Broussard, best-known as The Egyptian Lover, also recorded a 1984 single as Jamie Jupitor. Released on his own Egyptian Empire label, "Computer Power" -- featuring a big, fat 808 line -- became another electro classic for the producer upon its release. The track has been included on a number of old-school/electro anthologies, including Street Jams: Electric Funk, Vol. 4 (Rhino) and Diggin' the Crates for the West Coast Funk, Vol. 2 (Hot Productions).~ Andy Kellman, All Music Guide
