A bit of a scare today for people at the Crown Plaza Hotel, downtown. Fire crews responded to a call about smoke in the hotel about 1:30 this morning. It turned out a homeless person had a campfire going outside the Hotel's parkade. Some of the smoke got sucked into the buildings ventilation unit.
