Still lots of heat on Premier Stlemach regarding the duck deaths on the Syncrude pond of death.  The premier pointed out that more than 30,000 migratory birds die each year because of wind turbines however he refused to answer my question.  How would you rather die...suddenly and instantly from a wind turbine that you didn't see coming or...slowly drowning in toxic goo.   Ya, not surprisingly most people would pick the wind turbine.  I'm just saying.

great job to all those who helped with the River Valley cleanup and the roads and highways across the province! Sure appreciate all  those volunteers and a lot of groups like 4 H.  By the way, it's a bit of a fundraiser as they get to keep all the bottles and cans.   Did you see that PEI went through a tansformation on the weekend.  For the first time since 1984 people can buy soft drinks and beer in cans.  For the longest time  PEI has had a can ban and would only allow refillabe glass bottles.  Since the island is mostly made of sand...Glass is considered...a homegrown product
