Court of appeal rejects appeal of earlier ruling.

An Edmonton doctor described as an ungovernable physician won't be getting his medical licence back.  The Alberta Court of Appeal rejected a bid by Dr. Bryant F. Litchfield to have a decision by the College of Physicians and Surgeons overturned.  Litchfield was found guilty last August of eight counts of lack of skill or judgment or unbecoming conduct.
