B-quartet is an experimental English-language rock band from Singapore affiliated with Aging Youth Records. Founded in 1999, the band is comprised of Bani Haykal (vocals, bass), Bani Faizal (guitar, vocals), Bani Raizan (guitar, vocals), and Bani Hidir (drums, vocals). They made their recording debut in 2005 with the five-track EP The Smitten Bard, the inaugural release of Aging Youth Records, one of the key labels in Singapore's burgeoning indie rock scene. In 2008 the band released its full-length album debut, Tomorrow Is Our Permanent Address, produced by esteemed Singaporean producer Leonard Soosay. ~ Jason Birchmeier, All Music Guide
