Week #5 - Done

Wow, week number 5. I am impressed with myself. I don't usually hang in that long. My dad said something to me last night that resonated. "You are serious about it this time." That was in response to me saying that I really was not having a problem with the "diet" portion of this effort. I think he is right. The difference in my mental attitude is definitely there. I am not finding myself doubting whether I can stick to it or not. I had two training sessions this week (besides my personal efforts), the second one was this morning. It was the early bird 6:00am session. Neither Sean (trainer) or I are fans of it, but it's what time works. Today, other than a short hyperventilation session on the rowing machine, the work out went quite well. Although I don't always notice that I am improving, Sean is good at letting me know. He is there to push me beyond my comfort zone, and yes, he is doing that quite well.
